CONCLUSION And here it is extremely important for a grad-
uate student to visit the classes of his supervisor
to collect information of the ascertaining nature, to
perform the role of an assistant, to develop cer-
tain methodological actions at the stage of the ed-
ucational experiment. It can be rightfully argued:
provided the supervisor uses didactically compe-
tent technologies, the undergraduate will be in
conditions close to his professional practice, since
subject-subject communication is extrapolated be-
yond individual consultations into the classroom.
The master will have the opportunity to get ac-
quainted with the work of University teachers, to
adopt their teaching methods with him, to search
for such approaches to learning that respond to
the social order of society. This model is designed
to reflect the creative, constructive, organizational,
communicative levels of preparation of the gradu-
ate student for teaching.
Extrapolation of the student from the object to
the subject is possible only if the undergraduate
understands the role and purpose of the individual
approach, which takes into account not only age,
but also general intellectual activity: observation,
thoughtfulness, ability to apply knowledge in prac-
tice. The social competence of the undergraduate
is also taken into account, for which the level of
self-esteem, the desire for cooperation, an ade-
quate attitude to others, and a sense of responsi-
bility for their actions are important indicators. It is
important to assess the propensity of a graduate
student to study, associated with the characteristics
of such psychological factors as attention, type of
thinking, memory characteristics, and the degree of
sociability. The technology of critical thinking here
reaches a high degree of universality, when there
is no need to offer tasks for independent work to
the undergraduate outside of school: the student
determines the volume and content of such work
by himself [Slastenin V. A., 2016 – 332].
The scientific establishment of a specialist is re-
garded as an important intellectual potential: in the
course of learning, the student will learn the rules
and principles of search, experimental and statisti-
cal activities, and necessary for qualitative prepa-
ration of master’s thesis and for the future profes-
sional (pedagogical) activities as well.
