| Research results and discussion. The results of the study and the theoretical and practical materials presented by us confirmed the correctness of our scientific assumption. In order to increase the interest of students of the specialty of professional education of the University in research work and determine the scientific basis for providing it with educational and methodological complexes.
Thus, the results obtained in the course of the study allowed us to draw the following conclusions: 1) the new paradigm of education helps to determine the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of students ' professional training specialty interest in research work. Therefore, scientists, relying on the available scientific resources, are instructed to reveal the essence of the concepts of "technology Commercialization", "innovative technologies", "innovative learning technologies", as well as to determine indicators for evaluating the innovative pedagogical paradigm and studying experience in the direction of its implementation in various educational institutions.: 2) based on the methodological directions of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical Sciences, we have considered the system of pedagogical activity based on common cultural values in the context of the innovative theory and practice of the unified pedagogical process in the formation of students ' training in the specialty of vocational training through increasing interest in research work. The basis of the process of formation of students ' professional training in the specialty at the University by increasing their interest in research work is based on the following methodological directions: personal, activity-personal, system, cultural, innovative, technological. 3) theoretical-methodological bases of formation of innovative teacher-training put forward conceptual background: formation of students ' professional training specialty interest in research work is characterized by an innovative orientation of a single pedagogical process, pedagogical reflection and scientific research. Using the growing interest of students of professional education in research work, the structure of training includes a set of methodological knowledge: methodology and philosophy of science, methodology of pedagogy and pedagogical science, methodological foundations of the theory of innovations in education, methodology and methods of pedagogical research, methodological culture. 4) the invariant component of formation through the increased interest of students of vocational training specialties in research, pedagogical and professional training of teachers, providing a unified pedagogical process in the field of innovation, is the preparation of teachers for pedagogical reflection and self-reflection, and the variable component is the latest organization of educational, scientific and methodological work; the study, promotion, dissemination, implementation of innovative pedagogical experience; the relationship between pedagogical science and the experience of Higher education is a methodological, creative, innovative, technological, research, search activity of a teacher who carries out research activities in an innovative direction. 5) the basis for the formation of students ' professional training in the specialty of interest in research work is the development of innovative pedagogical technologies by the future teacher.4 components are defined: methodological, theoretical and technological. - the basis of the proposed motivational model for the formation of interest in research work among students of the specialty of professional training is interest, consistency and consistency, target orientation, integration of education and science, humanization of education, cooperation between teacher and student, creative Association of students and teachers, research activities. The teacher is not only the subject of an innovative integral pedagogical process, but also the subject of the innovation process –the student. 6) expertise of scientific and pedagogical literature as an important component of the development of education through increasing interest in research work, manifests itself as a result of generalization and modification of various initiatives and innovations in the educational space. 7) the essence of the educational process is that it includes a sequence of purposeful actions, starting with increasing the interest of students of the specialty of professional training in research, development of new products and transactions, their implementation on the market and further implementation. 9) ways to increase the interest of students of the specialty of professional education of the University in research work; the main indicators and levels of development are defined. 10) training seminars were held for students to master the specialty of vocational training at the University by increasing their interest in research work.
