| Conclusion. According to the results of the research, the following conditions were proposed: direct organizational and pedagogical work of students of the specialty vocational training in higher educational institutions to implement measures to form professional management of educational processes through interest in research work:
students ' awareness of the need for research work; mastering the necessary knowledge and skills by students of the specialty of professional training through increasing interest in research work; encouraging students of the specialty of professional training to innovate and make changes in research work; awareness of the need for scientific research in the formation of the pedagogical process of the University; passion for research work of students of the specialty of professional training; mastering the specialty of professional training by increasing their interest in the methods and techniques of research work; mastering the methods and techniques of research work by students [15]. Ultimately, the research work of students, educational, scientific and practical processes are associated with various forms of activity that contribute to the development of creative skills, as well as participation in competitions, Olympiads, exhibitions, student seminars and scientific conferences, educational forums, festivals; the organization of research practice; the implementation of final qualifying works of the research plan; the preparation of scientific publications; participation in research projects.; it involves carrying out research and design work within the framework of educational, scientific and industrial centers.
