The purpose of the research. The purpose of this master thesis is to improve the automated information system for document management of the university.
Research objectives:
Make the analysis of existing information systems for electronic document management;
Explore the features of designing electronic document management;
Develop software modules of the information system;
Conduct testing of "Electronic document management" information system.
The object of study in the thesis is the document management process of Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (KEUK). In KEUK an electronic-innovative University model is created. Electronic University is distance learning institution at the same time.
