The summary The given scientific work is devoted research of technology of processing of grain
products - for the purpose of working out еnergy savings technologies at processing of drying of
grain products by use the sun device. It is studied and spent analyses of different existing
technologies, including widely known and new which can be applied to a preprocessing of damp
grain. On the given researches recommended idea of application Energy savings technologies of
processing of drying of grain products economic, at the expense of use the sun device, thus also
considerably decrease power inputs in a place of traditional energy sources.
