Treatment tactics Discipline "General medical practice No. 1" Practical exam (stage 1) SITUATIONAL TASK №35 A 34-year-old pregnant woman with complaints of heaviness and abdominal pain when walking for 5 days went to the doctor for an appointment. The gestation period is 33 weeks. From anamnesis: menstruation from the age of 12, is established immediately, within 5-6 days, after 28-30 days, regular, painless, moderate. Intimate life since the age of 26, married. There are 2 births, both with large fetus. There are no gynecological diseases. Objectively: the condition is satisfactory, the skin and visible mucous membranes are clean. The mammary glands are soft, painless. Ps 82 beats per minute, blood pressure - 130/80 mmHg. The abdomen is enlarged due to the pregnant uterus, the abdominal wall is overgrown. The circumference of the abdomen is 90 cm . At the bottom of the uterus, parts of the fetus are not determined, a large part of the fetus of a rounded shape is determined on the left, a large part of a soft consistency is also palpated on the right. The fetal heartbeat is rhythmic, at the navel level. diuresis is free, painless. The stool is regular.
