SITUATIONAL TASK №39

A 39-year-old patient at 31 weeks gestation came to the doctor with complaints of nausea, repeated vomiting, pain in the upper abdomen of a shingling nature, after taking fatty meat food

From anamnesis: has been suffering from gastric ulcer for 6 years. Menstruation since the age of 15, regular, moderate, painless.
Objectively: general condition of moderate severity. Pulse - 100 per minute, blood pressure - 125/90 mm Hg. The skin and mucous membranes are pale pink. The temperature is 37.2 °C. The abdomen is swollen, participates in the act of breathing, is moderately tense and painful in the epigastric region. The pulse is 96 beats per minute.
Test results:
Full CBC: Нв-120 г/л, RBC – 4,0*10¹²/л, WBC –17,0*10⁹/л, PLT – 240,0, ESR – 40 мм/час.
