This article determines the amount of vitamins contained in the plant Helianthus Tuberosus.Vitamins in the
plant were determined by methods of titrimetric and capillary electrophoresis. The study found that the plant
Helianthus Tuberosus contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and C. The flowers of the plant Helianthus Tuberosus are
high in vitamins C, B3, and the fruits of the plant Helianthus Tuberosus are high in vitamin B1. It was found that
the leaves of the plant Helianthus Tuberosus contain a large amount of vitamins B2, B5 and in the stems of
vitamin B3. The plant Helianthus Tuberosus is now widely used in medicine, pharmaceuticals, household,
agriculture and cosmetology.
