Annotation
A large number of people from the EAEU countries move to other countries every year in order to find new
and highly paid jobs. Among the EAEU countries, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus are the donor states, and the
host countries are Russia and Kazakhstan. Some of the migrants are exploited and discriminated against, who can
not obtain free medical care or pensions.
This article examines the problems of social protection, types of social protection and their application to labor
migrants. Accordingly, the goal is to study the inclusion of labor migrants in the social protection system of the
EAEU countries, as well as to study the main spectrum of social protection implementation.
