pedagogical management in the optimization of environmental education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical aspects of the concepts of «pedagogical management»,
«environmental education», improve the assessment of the quality and effectiveness of the environmental
educational process, including using IT-technologies. The environmental problem, on the one hand, and the
focus of today’s education on personal development, the recognition of the priority of environmental education,
on the other, led to the need for the effective implementation of the appropriate mechanisms of pedagogical
management at the university. The main idea of the research was the search for extraordinary ways to improve
the pedagogical competence of the subjects of the educational space of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author
has developed proposals for improving the level of pedagogical competence, which consist in actively increasing
the environmental competence of university teachers.
