In the article is told about the summativ evaluation portfolio in the process of instruction in the courses of an increase in the qualification according to the level program of Cambridge project as the method of evaluation. Summativ evaluation portfolio of teacher the author proposes to achieve, relying on levels of the educational goals, proposed in the taxonomy B. Bloom. The author considers that an increase in their educational achievements became the purpose of entire activity in the introduction of the new forms of the evaluation of teachers in the given courses, and it means, the qualities of formation by means of the introduction of the new culture of evaluation.
