Аннотация.
Данная статья посвящена совместимости коллокации на английском
и казахском языках и использование их в речи. Кроме того, статья посвящена важности
совместимости слов, типов словосочетаний и о их не постоянной совместимости с
другими словами. В статье даны примеры некоторых словосочетаний в английском и
казахском языках, которые были классифицированы на основе работ отечественных
и зарубежных ученых.

Abstract.
This article is devoted to development and expansion of application of
information technologies which are one of the priority directions of science and equipment.
And also application of ICT leads to transformation of structure of traditional educational
process: the teacher educational means, a training material educational means, the
trainee educational means, the teacher the trainee, the teacher information scientists
the teacher of other disciplines.
Today it becomes more and more clear that education is a key to the
solution of global problems of the present, a reliable way of providing a
further safe and sustainable development of society. As it is stated in the
report of UNESCO “About a situation in the field of education in the
world”, “the ultimate goal of education should be the development of human
personality for its own sake, serving the unique goals of each specific culture
and entering at the same time a contribution to the global culture of peace
and understanding. “
Therefore it is represented extremely important not only to define that
knowledge and abilities which people of the 21st century have to possess, but
also, first of all, what qualities they have to possess to have an opportunity
to adapt in quickly changing world, to use new opportunities and to solve
new, earlier unknown problems.
Among these qualities, among the most important can be identified as
following:
• Systematic scientific thought;
• Ecological culture;
• Information culture;
• Creative activity;
• High morality.

• These qualities of people of future have to provide a survival and a
further sustainable development of civilization.
• Development and expansion of application of information technologies
are one of the priority directions of science and technology. In this regard
the most important directions of informatization of education are:
• realization of the information and education environment at the level
of educational institution which is considered as a complex of works on
creation and ensuring technology of his functioning;
• systematic integration of information technology in education,
supporting learning processes of training, scientific researches and
organizational management;
• construction and development of uniform educational information
environment.
The main place in the application of information and communication
technologies (ICT) in education is held by questions of psychophysiological
approach developed on this basis, the health care system of students using
ICT (ME Sandomierz, Belgorod LS, TA Baumshteyn, AM Bolshakov, E .L.
Skvortsova, EA Geltischeva, VV Matyuhin, OV Kaysina et al.).
Psychoakmeological approach integrates the gained knowledge in
professional development issues by means of ICT (A.A. Derkach, E.A.
Manushin, A.S. Guseva, V. V. Petrusinsky, I.V. Kulikov, etc.).
General and special questions of using ICT in the learning process are
considered in works of foreign authors such as ((JeanPierre Arnaud, M.
Rockley, B. Sendai Hafayed T., etc.) and domestic authors. (P. V. Bespalov,
B. S Gershunsky, E.I. Mashbits, V. M. Monakhov, I.V. Robert, V.V. Rubtsov,
I.G. Belavina, V.A. Zakharova, M. M. Bunyaev, N.A. Vlasenko, V.V. Kolos,
Sp.Kudryavtseva, etc.) [1].
Creation of optimum psychological and pedagogical conditions of
educational activity of teachers and students in the application of ICT can
be achieved within the framework of the concept.
Such concept assumes that the basis of finding the most effective ways
to create information educational environment is akmeological approach, so
that “occurrence” information and communication technologies at all stages
of learning, development and productive creative work of every teacher and
student.
It is supposed that effective ways of ICT in educational institution can
be carried out if the following psychology and pedagogical conditions and
factors are considered:
• developed integrative psychopedagogical model of the using of ICT
in educational establishments;

• the didactic principles, technologies and methods of using of ICT in
the teacher pupil system are defined;
• personal teacher training using ICT is provided;
• the system of organizational measures, optimum for educational
institution, providing application of ICT is defined.
The optimal educational institution for a system of organizational
measures to ensure the use of ICT.
The developments executed within the psychological theory of activity
of the person are important (L.S. Vygotsky, A.N. Leontyev, SL. Rubenstein,
etc.) and theory of educational activity (D.B. Elkonin, V. V. Davydov, A.K.
Markova, etc.), researches of the joint distributed forms of educational activity
(G.G. Kravtsov, T.A. Mathis, Yu.A. Poluyanov, V. V. Rubtsov, etc.), and also the
works devoted to productive joint research activity of the teacher and pupils (I.I.
Ilyasov, V.A. Lyaudis, I.P. Negure, V.I. Panyushkin, A.A. Rean, etc.).
Essential feature of the educational information and communication
technologies is to improve training efficiency by creating optimal functional
conditions that increase the ability of the person to assimilate the information.
The new approach to the organization of joint activity of participants of the
educational process, based on flexible planning of variable model of occupation
and to use of methods of psychological diagnostics, selftesting of trained
has provided finally adequate to personal development and psychologically
comfortable option of using information and communication technologies in
educational process of school [2].
Criteria of efficiency of computer methods of training:
• development of personal forms of thinking of each trainee in the
course of training;
• updating of personal experience of each participant of educational
process;
• high level of activity of each trainee.
Criterion of readiness of participants for work in new conditions is
transition of the relationship the teacher student on a new partnership
and cooperation (directly effective help of the teacher, his hint and
recommendations submitted on realization of own initiatives and initiatives
of pupils, joint definition of the purposes of educational activity) in modified
structure teacher ̶ computer ̶ student.
The main directions of using of ICT in educational process:
• use of the intellectual training systems assuming use of databases,
knowledge bases, the expert training systems, systems of artificial
intelligence;

• use of system of hypermedia, the microcosm environment, improvement
of software of educational appointment, the automated training systems;
• construction and development of the uniform educational information
space based on use of means of telecommunications.
Application of ICT leads to transformation of structure of traditional
educational process to following: the teacher ̶ educational means, a
training material educational means, the trainee ̶ educational means, the
teacher ̶ the trainee, the teacher information scientists ̶ the teacher of other
disciplines.
Effective application of ICT in educational institution is provided at the
satisfactory level of the solution of the following tasks:
• hardware;
• the organization of preparation and retraining of experts (improvement
of level of training of specialists on creation of information resources and
work with them; improvement of quality of training of pupils and teachers
for use of modern information resources);
• carrying out organizational actions (studying of current state with use
of information resources);
• development of recommendations about application of information
technologies;
• analysis and distribution of the best practices;
• carrying out examination;
• transfer of the most part of the savedup information to the carriers
perceived by computers;
• integration of school information resources with the world information
environment (participation in the international programs; participation in
implementation of joint international projects).
Using of ICT leads to creation of new types of collectives (users of system,
clubs, the Internet, participants of teleconferences etc.), to emergence of new
forms of joint activity and communication, changes in the role relations.
There are new roles and among the teachers uniting work on the subject with
knowledge and application in training of pupils of the computer equipment.
