The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria presents its compliments to the Diplomatic
Missions in Moscow and has the honour to inform the Latter that His Excellency Mr. Isa Moddibo,
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, will be away from Moscow from September 12, 19....
In his absence Dr. L.E. Okogwu, Minister-Counsellor, will be in charge of the Embassy in the
capacity of Charg d'Affaires a.i.
