The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria presents its compliments to the Diplomatic
Missions in Moscow and has the honour to inform the Latter that His Excellency Mr. Zubair M. Kaza-
ure, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, has returned to Moscow and resumed direction of
the Embassy.
The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the
Diplomatic Missions in Moscow the assurances of its highest consideration.
