The most common definition, as well as artificial constructive modeling for the study of
“models”, is explained as a specific object created for the purpose of obtaining information and
preserving its description, contact with the object of the original and description. [3, 88p]. Despite
the fact that modeling is widely used in all fields of science as scientific knowledge, the modeling
method is not yet based on a single methodology, but its gnesiological/research significance is
studied as a method of knowledge and described in the theory of modeling.
Mobilization positions include:

Under the principle of N.I.Gez is understood the following definition, that is, the principle –
the first guiding concept on which the system of upbringing and education of the younger generation
is based.
The principles of teaching a foreign language are the starting point that defines the
requirements for the learning process and its components (goals, objectives, methods, tools, forms of
organization, etc.). Therefore, if foreign language education is carried out based on a hierarchy of
specific principles, it is obvious that the educational process will be consistently implemented and
improve performance.
In my proposed model, are guided by the principles of the modern foreign language education
system (Kunanbayeva S.S.) in accordance with the new educational paradigm. They are: cognitive,
communicative, social, linguocultural, socio-cultural, conceptual, and personality-oriented. Among
these positions are two main positions: communicative and cognitive.
From a communicative position. Exchange of information in a foreign language, rational use
of speech forms, bringing thoughts within the context reflects the formation of actions in the face.
Other methodological approaches are based on the presence principle.
