Abstract 
Relevance. Aim. The topic of the article on this issue is inspired not so much by the desire to share the 
results of work in the Lesson study, the study of individual lessons and small sections, bring names 
unknown to the reader and even the effects of this system on students with various capabilities, and boast 
of that, how from an inveterate threesome we got a weak, good guy (unfortunately - nothing more!). My 
goal is for every teacher, certified or not, to understand that it IS NECESSARY to DO it seriously, 
constantly, devoting even sometimes more time and energy than to teacher attendance at classes and 
intraschool control (attendance by the administration). More sense. And there are less nerves. The so- 
called collaborative environment is the main thing! Both, for teachers and students. In the current 
nervous time, the creation of such an environment provides much more than the lessons that have been 
attended, methodological tips and empty meetings of methodological associations. Yes, paper can stand 
it. But in the literal sense, behind a pile of reports, of subject weeks, we have no time to NORMALY work 
with children. 
I want to confirm my words so that it turned out that after graduating from certified teachers in 2013, as 
a teacher of physics and mathematics, I changed schools not so much as necessary, rather in order to 
see: how does the Lesson study work in this school? Of the three schools in our district and one ordinary 
lyceum in the city, only one school has certified teachers (and therefore the LESSON STUDY system) at a 
high level. 
Therefore, I want the Step-by-step instruction to become a desktop memo for each teacher. And there will 
be a result! Positive!
