The national model of education is an important factor of economic and social advancement of
the society, as reflected in the Strategic Message of President NursultanNazarbayev “Kazakhstan -
2030”, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education” adopted in June 1999, development,
acquisition of creative personality, accumulation of mental fundamentals. It is based on the priority
of the education proclaimed by the Republic of Kazakhstan, the model of “universal education” on
“education for everyone”.
At present, a new system of education has been created in the Republic, and the education
system of Kazakhstan is focused on joining the world educational space. This is due to the signifi-
cant changes in the theory of pedagogy and the educational process: the educational paradigm has
changed, the content of education has been renewed, new approaches and new relationships have
emerged.
The organization of the educational process at the level of the state education obligates the in-
troduction of new pedagogical technologies.Neither the dominating dome, nor the buildings, nor the
economic conditions are the main backbone of any country, the knowledgeable, both business and
active. “Our children will be educated workers, farmers, engineers, bankers and artists, teachers and
doctors, factories and exchanges (Kazakhstan-2030 Program). Of course, the “owner of the future is
youth.” “Young people are more likely than their parents to live in. (CONCIOUS) So it’s no secret that
educating and upholding the society that meets the demands of the community is the most important
issue, as the level of science and technology, It is clear that the content of the expert’s work is up-to-
date and requires a new goal, a new look, new solutions and new capabilities.
Education is a unique phenomenon that provides society with social, cultural and scientific
progress, and the highest value for both the individual and the society. Its main function is to develop
and develop human mentality, humanity, creative abilities. In this regard, our sovereign country has
defined the main purpose of its development - the content and content of the educational system in
the educational age.
According to UNESCO’s definition, pedagogical technology is a systematic approach to learning
the entire learning process and knowledge, taking into account the interactions between the technical
and human resources, and the simplification of the forms of education. MV Clarin “Pedagogical tech-
nology is a systematic set of tools and methodologies of all logical teaching methods and methodolo-
gies used to achieve pedagogical goals.”
In today’s lexicon of pedagogical science, the concept of pedagogical / teaching / technology is
deeply rooted. However, diversity prevails in the understanding and use of this concept. In recent
years, modular technology of training and VMMonahov, Dyachenko’s collective approach, as well as
new pedagogical computer technology based on professor J. Karayev’s personalization and differen-
tiation and democratization and humanization of education are used in many schools of our country.
The main task of modern experimental-research works in schools is to introduce the pedagogical
technology of new teaching in the learning process. For example, LankaranZankov, DB Elkoni, VV
Davydov, together with the “Advanced Training System” are closely related and consist of the follow-
ing principles:
1. Learning at a high level of difficulty.
2. The leading role of theoretical knowledge.
3. Accelerated learning material.
4. Learner’s learning process.
5. Systematic work for all students to develop.
In LV Zankov’s teaching system, the student feels comfortable, develops his social abilities and
personality. In this system, the foundation for a new relationship between a student and a teacher is
established. The teacher is not an interpreter, but a guide, rather than a teacher.
Changes in the direct method to the time stream are deeply rooted in the progressive ideas of
pedagogy.
Soon a comparative method of teaching English was formed. Teaching English on this method is
based on comparison with mother tongue.

The combination of direct and comparative methods combined has led to a mixed method.
Gradually, the purpose of learning English and the need to learn English changed. Thus, the English
language teaching system was challenged.
Crisis situation always requires radical change. Similarly, in the case of insufficient ideas, the
communicative approach has been improved. As a result of the crisis the methodological search was
revived and the modern methodology of teaching English was developed. They are: communicative,
intensive, action and others.
Presently, the communicative-oriented methodology, based on communication and creative
learning, is indispensable. The teaching methodology of the English language should always be
supplemented and developed, as reflected in the 2011 President’s Message, the current system of
education should be promoted to the international level so that our students can enter the world free
space tomorrow. In order to implement this task, a new system of education has been developed in the
country and the transition to a 12-year education system is focused on the global educational space.
Language is a means of communication. Speaking is done by speaking, speaking, and developing.
When we talk about teaching a foreign language, we read it primarily as a means of communication.
Over the years of independence, our country has accomplished two processes - accompanied by
political reform and economic modernization, reaching a certain point, and now has come to a new
era - the period of spiritual revival. The spiritual revival requires us to develop our national conscious-
ness, to be competitive, to develop a pragmatic approach to any matter, and in general, to develop our
national identity. The most important condition of spiritual revival - “aspiration to be educated, open
and cheerful” Because, as the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan emphasized in the program
“Orientation to the Future: Spiritual Renewal”, “each of us must understand that education is the most
fundamental element of success ... because, only the nation that has the highest education in the
system of values will succeed. “ Here we talk about the future of our country. His future is in the hands
of the younger generation. Today’s younger generation, the future specialist. In accordance with the
goals set out in Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education”, the Republic of Ka-
zakhstan should: “Develop national and universal values, based on the achievements of science and
practice”. Thus, our teachers can make a significant contribution to the development of our society
only by introducing new teaching technologies, informing education, accessing international global
communication networks, creating competence and qualification of professionals. Teachers’ commu-
nity of the country that does all these things. So, the demand for today’s teachers is also high. They
are versatile, well-educated, knowledgeable, well-educated, versatile, able to use their knowledge in
everyday life, who have the knowledge of the world, always have a personal vision, professionalism,
professionalism, should be the owner of a professional who will be able to self-educate. This is a re-
quirement of life. The teacher must have organizational, organizational, adaptive, expert skills.
The importance of up-to-date education is the critical thinking, research, practice, application of
ICT, communicative communication, individual, team, group work, functional literacy, creativity, and
The effective learning methods needed for implementation were understood during the course. The
feature of the updated educational program is the spiral principle. The curriculum, based on the prin-
ciple of spiral’s, is based on the cognitive theory of Jerome Bruner’s “Education Process” (1960).
The economic power of any country, the high living standards of the people, the place and weight
in the global community will be determined by the level of technological development of that country.
The quality of the community’s development and the introduction of new technologies has come to the
level of informatics and education in this country. The experience of economically developed coun-
tries shows that information systems in education are key to the rapid development of the economy,
science and culture.
