| Results and discussion:
after the course of conservative therapy, all dental indicators have improved in the main and control groups. After applying LAVANDASEPT PROFESSIONAL Splat paste, inflammation and bleeding of the gums almost disappeared, and after applying BLACKWOOD Splat paste, good hygiene and bad breath loss were observed. In the control group, the treatment efficiency was lower according to the index score, only improved oral hygiene. In the diary, patients noted such properties of LAVANDASEPT PROFESSIONAL Splat paste as soft, well refreshes, cleans, does not bleed the gums, whitens, comfortable in the mouth, eliminates dryness in the mouth. Qualities of BLACKWOOD Splat® paste: whitens, cleans, removes plaque, reduces bleeding 217 and bad breath gives relief, freshness, cleanliness, teeth became smooth, bleeding decreased, unpleasant odor disappears from the mouth. Conclusion: Thus, a clinical study conducted showed the high effectiveness of LAVANDASEPT PROFESSIONAL Splat® and BLACKWOOD Splat® toothpaste when included in the complex therapy of inflammatory periodontal diseases in patients with diabetes mellitus.
