This article touch’s upon the peculiarities of a dialog in learning the Kazakh language as the
second language. The methods of speaking of foreign students, who study the Kazakh language, are
considered and the analysis of psychological backgrounds of speaking teaching is given. Important
place among conditions required for speaking is get to situations and their components.
In the article, various methodic recommendations are provided, which correspond to various
stages of education. It is given attention not only to linguistic form of expression, but to informal
form.
Interactive forms, use of dialogues and polylogues are proposed for speaking. Sistem of
exercises, provided in the article, contributes to development of oral communicative.
