Many problems are related to  culture, communication, and intercultural  relations have as a 

rule  the  international  aspect.  The  most  urgent  in  the  modern  world  are  the  problems  of  mass,

multiethnic  culture,  spirituality,  morality,  tolerance,  respect  for  one’s  own  culture  and,  most 

importantly, for someone else’s culture. Along with these issues, concepts such as: intercultural and 

dialogue  approach,  mutual  understanding  and  mutual  influence  of  different  cultures  within  the 

territorial  framework  of  one  state  and  outside  the  country  begin  to  occupy  an  important  place. 

Thus, interest in the problems of ethnic culture has deep practical roots. All this contributed to the 

development of a number of theoretical  works and practical measures that led to marked progress 

in the field of multicultural knowledge of our interest.
