Ground connection
All supports and metal non-conductive parts of electrical equipment that may be energized due to a violation of insulation must be grounded. For grounding, a PE conductor of electrical wiring was used.
13. Automation and telemechanics devices
13.1. Electrical centralization
Electrical centralization at junction No. 441 "MPC-Dialog" system, adopted in permanent operation at several stations in Kazakhstan, this system is adopted in the project of electrification of the Kandahach-Makat section.
In order to ensure the safety of train traffic and increase the reliability of automation and telemechanics devices, as well as improve the automation of rolling stock management and control processes at junction No. 441, a modern microprocessor centralization system (MPC) of the MPC-Dialog type is provided.
The MPC-Dialog microprocessor-based electrical centralization performs the following functions:
control of the position and mode of operation of the arrows, including their transfer to local control;
monitoring of the condition of tracks and isolated sections (turnouts and non-turnouts) of runways and approach sections, signals, other SCS devices and power supply devices;
displaying the status of monitoring and control objects on the monitor screens.
setting and canceling routes, including opening them artificially.
checking the train traffic safety conditions;
control of arrows, signals, and other SCS devices, including the direction of movement on the stages;
switching off and re-enabling arrows and isolated sections in the EC, both with and without saving the use of signals;
blocking arrow control and opening signals.
automatic return of security arrows in accordance with the project (with protection against shunt loss);
automatic repetition of setting a given route in accordance with the project (automatic action) and automatic installation of previously entered (accumulated) routes.
setting routes for household trains with their departure to the stage on the key-rod with a return trip;
management of moving alarm devices located within the station notification area in accordance with the project;
linear point of DC, DC, as well as an executive point for remote control from a neighboring station, post equipment for shunting automatic locomotive signaling;
linking with AB, PUB, DC, DC devices, as well as with the EC devices of a neighboring station if there is no distance between them (including if there is a border along receiving and forwarding routes), with the devices of shunting areas and GAC, etc. in accordance with the project;
organization of interaction with chipboard;
logging and storing on the hard disk information about the status of control objects, control commands, and DSP actions;
displays diagnostic and reference information.
Microprocessor-based electrical centralization includes:
automated workplace of the station attendant, including a backup control panel;
managing computing complex;
outdoor devices.
power supply devices.
AWP DSP provides display of the status of monitoring and control objects, formation of tasks for managing objects in an interactive mode in real time, as well as logging of vehicle signals, TU commands and DSP actions.
The automated DSP workplace contains:
industrial-grade primary and backup system blocks.
primary and backup color monitors with a screen size of at least 17”;
the main and backup keyboard with a Russian-language layout.
main and backup mouse manipulator.
The control computing complex (UVC) provides:
collecting data on the state of control and management objects and transmitting information to DC systems;
checking the validity of commands coming from the AWP DSP (checking dependencies at the program level);
interaction with station automation devices: UKSPS, KSU, etc.
The control computing complex of the MPC contains the first and second (main and backup) secure BM-1602 microcomputers operating in hot reserve and linked to the floor objects of the EC.
In the MPC-Dialog microprocessor centralization system, an automated SHN workstation (AWP-SHN) is organized designed to monitor the operability of equipment and detect malfunctions of EC devices and contains:
the system block.
monitor.
the keyboard.
The mouse manipulator.
uninterruptible power supply unit.
ARM-SHN is equipped in the mechanic's room or relay room of the EC post.
Provided for:
inclusion of the MPC-Dialog system in the EC - with a capacity of 12 arrows;
linking "MPC-Dialog" with the existing auto-blocking system on adjacent stretches;
installation of AC electric drives on all centralizable arrows;
electric heating of switch drives;
warning devices for track fitters of the Sirena-R system;
speakerphone communications using speech synthesizers.
new power supply panels and an uninterruptible power supply for microprocessor units (main and backup);
tonal rail circuits along the SEC-AT(ALS-50)-S-97 normal.
Tonal frequency rail circuits (RC) are used as track sensors. 50 Hz encoding is provided for receiving, transmitting, and sending routes in the direction of the main track. All side transponder paths are encoded within the path in both directions.
The use of tonal rail circuits (SEC) and electric drives with AC motors significantly reduces maintenance costs and dramatically increases the working life of RC and electric motors of the switch drive.
Power supply to the EC devices at connector No. 441 is provided from the existing line with the installation of an E25DM type DGA and an uninterruptible power supply.
A hydrophobic signal-blocking cable is used to connect floor devices to the electrical centralization station.
Post equipment of automation and telemechanics devices is located in the relay room of the EC post building designed under this title.
