1. Brief description of the area and construction site
Site location-Atyrau region, Makat district, 100 m east of railway junction No. 441 and 77 km from Atyrau
The building's fire resistance level is II (second).
Geomorphologically, the site is located within the New Caspian and Khvalyn accumulative marine terraces. The terrain of the site is relatively flat with a general slope to the south. Altitudinal markers are located within, the upper (northern) absolute mark is minus 20.15 m; the lower (southern) absolute mark is minus 27.21 m.
The foundations are based on porous loam, subsidence, loess-like interbedded sandy loam and loam.
Soils have subsiding properties of the 1st (first) type, with an initial subsiding pressure of 0.11 to 0.250 Mpa. The drawdown is less than 5 cm.
Category of soils by seismic properties-II (second).
The seismicity of the construction site is 6 points.
2. Main design decisions
The site is located on the land of Makat district, Atyrau region. The empty car parking lot includes the following buildings and structures:
Groundbed – 129,500 m2.
Railway embankment – 126,789 m2.
Railway tracks with a total length of 17,281. 25 mp;
Administrative building and fire station;
Parking of shunting locomotives;
Building of electrical centralization with a furnace room;
Heating booth in the amount of 3 units.
Low passenger platform.
Fire tank;
Cesspool (septic tank);
Drainage facilities;
Fire safety road.
The vertical layout of the site is designed in conjunction with the adjacent territory, taking into account the gravity discharge of precipitation and meltwater.
