Annotation: In the article the contribution of professor Ph.Orazbaeva is examined to development of national
pedagogics on the whole, in area of the methodology of teaching of Kazakh, in particular. All round analyzed
efficiency ofthe use of herlaborseducating to the official language in an educational process, development at a
student to verbal and writing forms of Kazakh speech. Labors of scientistsare sent tothedevelopment
ofcommunicative skills in different speech situations, thatassists the increase of communicative competence of
taugh.It is wellproven that at the study of Kazakh asstate fromposition communicative approach, development of
all types of speech activity has important value and assists a quality capture Kazakh.
