M.:
Perfectly well, thank you. I’ve
graduated from the Uni-
versity.
H.:
What University?
M.:
Moscow State Industrial University.
H.:
What is your speciality? If it is not a secret.
M.:
No secrets. I’m an economist. I studied at the Department
of Economics, Management and Information Technologies.
H.:
Where are you working now?
M.:
I’m working in a company as a sales-manager. But I would
like to work in a banking system that is why I’m studying English
now.
H.:
Is it necessary to know English?
M.:
Sure, because all service activities are done by means
of computer systems and all documents are written in English.
I can speak English but I would like to speak fluently professional
English.
H.:
I think you will be a success because you were always a
hard-working person.
M.:
You flatter me. But I hope I’ll do my best to get a job in a
banking system.
H.:
Good luck.
M.:
Thanks a lot! But what about you? What are you doing
now?
H.:
I am working as a secretary and studying at the depart-
ment of distance education. I am a third year student. It is rather
difficult to combine work and studies. But in two years I’ll become
a book-keeper.
M.:
Do you like your future speciality?
H.:
Of course. Sorry, I’m in a hurry. Ring me up, please.
M.:
Sure. See you later. Remember me to your mother.
