My happiness in life is to be a teacher by heart. I can't just 
say this word, because to say it is a big responsibility.
Being a teacher is not just a profession. He is the creator 
of human orientation. If I am a socially inclined, well-
educated and good-hearted person who sets great goals 
in life and moves forward with determination and 
determination - this is the truest and most wonderful 
meaning of my life. Because I am a teacher, an architect 
of the future generation. I can say this with pride. If my 
students become full-fledged citizens of a sovereign 
country, Independent Kazakhstan, I have no more 
dreams than that. here is 
I will always remember Baurzhan Momyshuly's wonderful 
and wise words: "A great service is not a teacher". 
Of course, to become a teacher, it is not enough to 
graduate from a higher pedagogical educational 
institution. You study all your life to rise to the great 
peak of teaching. I believe that you can achieve perfect 
teaching only when you are a really great student. This is 
the golden backbone of my many years of teaching, a 
pillar as tall as a knight. 
As a teacher, I try my best not to limit myself to just 
imparting knowledge. At no time did our great teacher 
Abu Nasir Al-Farabi's great words come out of my mind: 
"A person should be educated first, not educated, 
education without education is the worst enemy of 
humanity." I have been tying my goal to a golden peg as 
my main life professional position. 
In my opinion, first of all, the duty of a teacher goes 
deeper than teaching his students well. If we say that 
every child in front of us is a unique and wonderful 
world, it is our duty, teachers, to look deeply into that 
unexplored pure secret, to recognize the unique qualities 
of a child, to find a way to his heart and soul. 

 Second, and most importantly, the teacher should really 
love the child with all his heart. First of all, it should give 
spiritual energy. A teacher can raise his status only 
through qualities such as kindness, patience, ability to 
forgive, to communicate with the child on an equal basis, 
to believe in his capabilities, and to always listen 
attentively to the game. 
Third, constant support for the child is a very important 
and humanitarian position. There are some principles 
behind it: to love the child, to organize his human life 
environment as much as possible, to see his childhood 
through the child with intelligent eyes. 
Fourth, the teacher should study the behavior, outlook, 
taste and habit skills of each student and adapt them to 
educational hours that ensure the development of each 
child according to his own potential. These hours should 
be instructive and impressive. 
Fifth, immediately identify the reasons that hinder the set 
goals, prevent them or quickly change the educational 
orientation according to the circumstances, relying more 
on the child's own activity - this will give excellent 
results. I have been using all my efforts, knowledge, 
skills and years of experience to meet this level of 
requirements. If I am able to achieve results with my 
own work, I think it is because of that. 
Yes, in the first steps of the 21st century, in which we are 
currently living, intensive innovative modernization 
processes are taking place in the education system.
Globalization in the world is bringing radical changes to 
the pedagogic science that studies child education. It 
seems that the young people of the modern age have 
started the process of globalization. There is a lot of 
information. Therefore, today's teacher should pay a lot 
of attention to their quality 

 Because I love my profession, its status does not stop me from 
thinking. I believe that the tasks set before us will be realized 
only if we can elevate the status of teachers and raise them 
high in the eyes of the society. Therefore, if we systematically 
promote the professionals who will be our future followers 
among the youth.
