| The Contest Jury
4.1. The Contest Jury is approved to assess the quality of applications, project presentations and selection stages. 4.2. The Contest Jury consists of organizers, experts, project partners and other invited persons. 4.3. The Contest Jury consists of 5 or more people and is obliged to comply with the rules and requirements of the project competition, not to disclose any information related to the competition during the project, including personal data of participants. 4.4. The work of the Contest Jury will consist of the evaluation of the submitted works, the selection of the best works during the qualifying rounds and during the defense of the best projects in the finals and identifying the winners of the Caspian Start-Up – 2023 project. 4.5. Appeals based on the results of each stage of the project are not considered. Stages of the Project 5.1. The first stage of the project is online registration, videos will be accepted until April 1 2023. 5.2. The second stage will be the first qualifying round, which will be held from 01.04.2023 to 01.05.2023; 5.3. The third stage is the second qualifying round, which will be held on from 01.05.2023 to 15.05.2023 to review and analyze the final projects. The top 15 startup projects will make it to the finals. 5.4. The fourth stage – on May, 30, the reception of presentations of project finalists will be held. 5.5. The fifth stage - the final of the project, June 2, 2023. Participants will be notified about the transition to each round by e-mail. The results of each stage will be published on the project website. Finalists must defend their projects in front of invited guests and the competition committee, demonstrating their leadership qualities and level of project development.
