| 7. RATIONALE FOR REQUESTED FINANCING.
All calculation tables required by the tender documentation are given in the Appendix, at the end of the application. For ease of reading, here we present only the main table 2: Table 2 - Summary cost estimate for the requested amount
Table 2 is also repeated for convenience in the Appendix. Table 3 shows the planned staffing of the project, the job positions and salaries for them, as well as the remuneration of employees providing financial, economic and legal support for the project. Project executors take part in the work of the project with an incomplete staff, depending on the staff at the main workplaces. Table 4 shows the calculation of expenses for business trips within and outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, directly related to the conduct of research on this project, including participation in conferences and seminars. The cost of tickets used in the calculations is confirmed by the attached scanned versions of the tickets. The calculation of compensation for daily expenses and expenses for renting a dwelling was made in accordance with the Rules on business trips within the Republic of Kazakhstan for employees of state institutions maintained at the expense of the state budget, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 22, 2000 No. 1428 and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11 May 2008 No. 256 “On approval of the Rules for reimbursement of expenses for business trips at the expense of budgetary funds, including to foreign countries”. Business trips to Astana are provided for participation in republican and international scientific conferences and, if necessary, for business trips to the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of this grant. Business trips to Almaty are provided for participation in republican and international scientific conferences and for visiting the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All planned trips outside the Republic of Kazakhstan - to participate in international scientific conferences. Members of the study group will participate in the ICE 2024:18 conference. (International Conference on Education March 22-23, 2024 in Prague, Czech Republic) and 7th International Conference on Social Sciences, Teaching and Learning 2025, Istanbul, Turkey. Participation in these conferences corresponds to the direction of this project. The participation of members of the research group in international scientific conferences involves the establishment of scientific ties for joint work and the exchange of experience in researching problems related to this project. Table 5 "Scientific and organizational support, other services and works." Such expenses include expenses for publications in scientific journals and registration fee for participation in conferences, for obtaining an author's certificate, for issuing a methodological and educational manual. Table 6 - these are the costs under the item "Acquisition of materials, equipment and (or) software (for legal entities)". These are mainly stationery, printer cartridges, flash drives and a computer mouse, as well as equipment: graphic tablets, laptops and a multifunctional device for members of the research team. The article "Expenses for rent, operating costs of equipment and machinery used for the implementation of research in our project is missing.
