4. RESEARCH METHODS AND ETHICAL ISSUES (no more than 1500) 4.1. Description of the main scientific issues and hypotheses of the project, substantiation of the research strategy and approaches, types of research used in the project, sequence of research Modern general education throughout the world is focused on the development of the student's personality, the achievement of educational results necessary for his socialization, professional and personal self-determination, readiness to continue education. The teacher ceases to be the main source of information and takes the position of a person who organizes and manages students' independent activities. Education in the conditions of an excess of information, the focus of training on the formation of the ability to independently “acquire” knowledge requires significant replenishment and changes in the traditional methodological baggage. Electronic and traditional educational materials should harmoniously complement each other as parts of a single educational environment, and the information structure should ensure their effective use.
The scientific research will use theoretical analysis and synthesis of psychological and pedagogical literature; pedagogical supervision of students' activities; conversations with teachers; questionnaire survey of teachers; study of products of creative activity of students; system analysis of the site, methodological developments, electronic educational resource, videos; analysis of learning outcomes; pedagogical experiment.
The main hypothesis of the project: the use of the results of the research of the project will allow to replenish and change the traditional methodological baggage of teachers, increase the ability of independent knowledge acquisition in the formation of information literacy among students. It will contribute to effective pedagogical activity in the modern world and in the education system.
The basis of the research used in the project is to increase the interest of states in improving and optimizing the traditional education system using DER, the formation of information literacy among students.
The sequence of research: research and analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature on the chosen research topic; development of teaching aids for teachers and students; creation of an information and educational environment for the course "Online learning in education" with elements of gemification in blended learning.
