4.2. Brief description of the most important experiments. Due to the lack, especially in the Kazakh language, of the information and educational environment for the course "Online learning in education" with elements of gemification in blended learning, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to create a methodological complex that will contribute to the development and formation of information literacy among students.
In the course of the research activities, it is planned to conduct an experiment to determine what to include in the information and educational environment, and then structure it in a part of a logical order.
The most important is the creation of an information and educational environment for the course "Online learning in education" with elements of gemification in blended learning.
It is important to correctly think over each material created so that for students they are very interesting, developing and informative.
As can be seen from the above, the project is theoretical and practical in nature. The planned studies comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.3. Description of research methods. The project will use the following scientific and pedagogical methods: theoretical (analysis and study of the problem under study in the scientific literature); empirical (observation, questioning, interviewing, conversation), statistical (mathematical and statistical processing of the results obtained during the study).
Research and development of theoretical concepts of the information and educational environment for the course "Online learning in education" with elements of gemification in blended learning.
Based on the created information and educational environment, a methodological complex will be developed: text content, a teaching aid for the course "Online learning in education" for teachers and students. The method of their use in practice will be described.
A systematic analysis of the results of the implementation of the developed information and educational environment and the practical application of the created methodological complex is supposed to be carried out using the methods of quantitative and qualitative processing of the results of the study (observation, testing, questioning, conversation).
4.4. Methods for collecting primary (initial) information, its sources and application for solving project problems, methods for processing data, as well as ensuring their reliability and reproducibility. Primary (initial) information will be obtained by studying and analyzing the work of domestic and foreign scientists working in the field of education, the experiences of domestic and foreign subjects of education, regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MSHE) of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as programs for the development of secondary and higher education. The information and educational environment developed at the same time will help teachers enter this environment not only as a user of some resources, but also as an active figure in this environment for exchanging methodological information, for clarifying some problematic points, for their own pedagogical growth .
Data processing of the works we have studied will be carried out by comparing their effectiveness in the formation of information literacy - a combination of basic linguistic, logical-computational and communication skills mastered by students, the ability to work with certain materials, tools of mental and physical labor, the ability to perform operations and procedures, that is, internal and external technologies, which will serve as the initial educational springboard to all subsequent stages and areas of education.
The reliability and reproducibility of the expected results of the project is ensured by the development of an information and educational environment for students in the course "Online learning in education" with elements of gemification in blended learning.
Further, this generalized knowledge is concretized in accordance with the features of the developed methodological and electronic educational resources, videos, teaching aids, the creation of which will take into account the age characteristics of students.
