INTRODUCTION With the development of society, the source of
profit is increasingly becoming based on the knowl-
edge and the availability of skills for their practical
application. The key positions of possessing the
knowledge in economic development of the soci-
ety radically change the place and essence of their
development in the structure of social life: the ratio
of its suchspheres as education and economy be-
comes a necessary condition for the development
of the society [Trapitsyn S. Yu., 2018].
The development of new, practically significant
information, the approval of the orientation to the
renewal and development of the knowledge com-
ponent become mandatory conditions for the fun-
damental characteristics of workers in the post-in-
dustrial economy and make it natural to refer to the
concept of “competence” [Belkin A. S., 2009 – 176].
