| Practical significance of the dissertation results from the scientific solution of set of actual problems which allow to think concerning events of 1920-1930 on the new qualitatively new level, as the situation development in the south of Kazakhstan was disclosed on the basis of archive and literary sources.
Materials, factual data and scientific results of the given research ca n find their employment at writing generalizing works on the history of Kazakhstan, in lecture courses and special seminars in national history and humanitarian disciplines in HEIs and secondary special educational institutions of the country. They are also important in up-bringing in organization musicology and improvement of internal sphere of the society. In the conclusion of the dissertation generalizing results, suggestions and recommendations of scientific practical purpose are given. Scientific value of research In conclusion basic findings and results of the dissertation research are formed. They are: one of the basic scientific conclusion is finding about experiment, historical fate and time drama of 1920 year’s, when first orders of the Soviet regime at the former colonial suburb- Syr-Darinskaya and Semirechenskaya region, were confirmed by revolution methods. It is found that October revolution as large – scale social experiment overgrew into the system of the political domination of only party. The only true ideology with repressions and concentration camps in it’s natural development. Best representatives of the Kazakh nation became victims of mass crimes. Most of them, were from south region of Kazakhstan. Because of economic dislocation and social discontent of the gross of the people with financial condition Serious mistakes in realization at the site of national politics of RKP (b) (Russian communist party) over action against the Soviet power policy arose in separate region. Approbation of work. The basic of importance research materials are object reflected allowed by: 34 scientific publications and the international national speeches at scientific-practical conferences. The Structure of the thesis. The Dissertation consists of: the first of all introduction and five sections, conclusions, a list of the resources used and the appendixes.
