school team, creates a closed world in which everything is adapted to a child’s defect, it fixes
everything, his attention is on his fault and does not introduce him into real life. Inclusive
education seeks to develop a methodology that focuses on children and recognizes that all
children are individuals with different learning needs. Inclusive education tries to develop an
approach to teaching and learning that will be more flexible to meet different learning needs. If
teaching and learning will become more effective as a result of changes introduced by inclusive
education, then all children will benefit (not only children with special needs, but also their
normally developing peers) [5, 31].
Society should not deprive children with disabilities of the right to receive an education,
develop their abilities, talent, and most importantly, have an environment for communication
with normal children. After all, children, like adults, learn a lot from each other in the process of
communication. It is in the educational, gaming, extracurricular activities that children pass on to
each other their knowledge, skills, attitudes, learn to develop communication skills, new ways to
solve disputes and problems. So do we have the right to deprive them of this communication?
Inclusive education is such an organization of the learning process in which ALL children,
regardless of their physical, mental, intellectual, cultural, ethnic, linguistic and other
characteristics, are included in the general education system and study at the place of residence
together with their peers in the same secondary schools [6, 67].
The eight principles of inclusive education:
1. The value of a person does not depend on his abilities and achievements.
2. Each person is able to feel and think.
3. Everyone has the right to communicate and to be heard.
4. All people need each other.
5. Genuine education can only be carried out in the context of real relationships.
6. All people need the support and friendship of peers.
7.
For all students, progress can be more likely in what they can do than in what they can.
8. Diversity strengthens all aspects of human life [7, 2].
“We have excluded this part of people from society, and we need to return them back to
society, because they can teach us something” (Jean Wannier “From the Deep”).
Inclusive education is based on an ideology that excludes any discrimination against
children, which ensures equal treatment of all people, but creates special conditions for children
with special educational needs. Inclusive education is the process of development of general
education, which implies the availability of education for all, in terms of adaptation to the
different needs of all children, which provides access to education for children with special
needs.
