The third chapter presents the results of conducted testing according to the program proved to be completely operational at various test examples. All required functions are performed accurately and clearly, based on that it can be concluded that the tasks assigned to the program are satisfied, and its implementation at the enterprise can be begun.
The fourth chapter presents the results of calculating the economic efficiency of "e-university" project:
- costs of creating software product is 52806.38 KZT;
- annual efficiency - 25704.98 KZT;
- the payback period - approximately 7-8 months.
The following recommendations for more effective University work organization in conformation of documents and the possibility of introducing electronic document management systems:
Identify the core list of documents, conformation routes, responsible people for the approval and signature, and also the minimal period of conformation and reaction time (for the request, official note) in the relevant instances.
Enter a centralized control over the movement of documents, terms of their agreement (signing) by the front office.
Develop regulations and instructions on how to conduct document management and collaboration of departments.
Before introducing the electronic document management systems it is necessary to conduct a mandatory teaching seminar (training) for all persons involved in the signing and approval of documents.
The main results obtained in the process of research and study of the electronic university activities, including KEUK, were formulated in conclusion. The results of the development of algorithms and software application of University`s automized information system of electronic documents circulation were presented.
