The article presents results of the survey of ICT literacy of students graduating from a teaching specialty.
Knowledge of the types of information and communication technology and the frequency of their use by graduate
students in the educational process and in pedagogical practices are defined. The role of the subject ―Practicum of
application of IT means‖ which is studied during the 4th year of Bachelor program was established. Most students
responded use the Internet, e-mail, photocopy, computer, interactive whiteboard, e-books, PowerPoint, and slides.
It was also revealed that there are students who do not use the above listed ICTs at all and even some of them are
not familiar with them.
