CONCLUSION
"Kazakhstan should be recognized worldwide as a highly educated country using three languages. This is Kazakh as the state language, Russian as the language of interethnic communication and English as the language of successful integration into the global economy." The requirement of modern life is to radically change the process of education and upbringing. The socio-economic changes taking place in the history of the country, new directions in the field of education require constant improvement of English language teaching, the implementation of tasks to improve the scientific and methodological level of education.
In this regard, the prerequisite for the functioning of the English language as one of the three pillars of the language is its use in various spheres of public life. In the understanding of each other by thousands of peoples and nationalities that inhabited the globe, English has an international character. By studying English, students acquire knowledge and learn to distinguish similarities and peculiarities between their own people and other peoples. Thus, one's own opinion is formed, cultures of different countries are studied.
Modern Kazakh society is in a state of multi-nationality, multilingualism and multiculturalism. Therefore, the formation of a multilingual cultural personality adapted to this society is one of the urgent problems. The world education system is aimed at the formation of personality. This position is described in detail in the Law on Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan “ " the main task of the education system is to create the necessary conditions for education aimed at the formation and professional improvement of the individual on the basis of national and human values, achievements of science and practice, the introduction of new learning technologies, informatization of education, access to international global communication networks”
Speaking about the language issue, N. A. Nazarbayev stressed that the new generation of Kazakhstanis should know at least three languages and be fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English. He also called on all parents to teach their children three languages, noting that without a broad knowledge of English it is difficult to talk about the true competitiveness of the nation. Students should be fluent in Kazakh in full literary norm, fluent in Russian and English. Preschool education at school is the first stage of primary school education. At this stage, students lay the foundation of language and speech abilities necessary for mastering a foreign language as a means of communication at the next stage.
Today it is safe to say that teaching a foreign language from primary school is an integral part of the initial stage in domestic and foreign schools. In accordance with the modern concept of personality-oriented learning, the student, his interests and needs are placed precisely at the center of the education system.
The purpose of teaching English at an early age is to master the basics of students' ability to communicate in English. Teaching English at an early age increases the skills of students' communicative development, makes it possible to interest students, gives them the opportunity to speak more than one language. And proficiency in English, unofficially fixed as a world language, increases the competitiveness of the nation. Knowledge of English now is a requirement of the time.
One of the greatest benefits achieved by mankind is the treasure of knowledge. And the nature of knowledge is diverse. It has also been passed down from generation to generation orally, in writing or through fiction. The book is the fruit of a centuries-old human mind, a golden chest of history and knowledge. "The book is a spiritual commandment that the previous generation passed on to the posterior generations. If we didn't read books, we wouldn't think," Gabit Musrepov said.

Education is the driving force of civilized political socialization
