"Anti-corruption education" Any knowledge of the scope of the system assumes the use of certain methods, which are divided into general, special and private. Given the fact that the subject matter "Anti-corruption education" is ratelny was collected in nature and includes information from the various branches of law and legal theories and doctrines, it is only natural that as a special and particular methods are the industry practices of law and jurisprudence. As for the general methods, they are equally important and are used in all areas of law and jurisprudence, as well, and in the teaching of science. To the knowledge of scientific methods anticorruption tional education are the historical method, formal-logical method dialektiches cue method. The historical method of cognition involves the study and consideration of the facts and events in conjunction with the existing concrete historical -cultural, social and legal situation in which the facts and events occurred or took place. For example, in evaluating legislationtive act, exhausted its legal effect, it is necessary to take into account specifically the historical situation that led to its adoption in due time. Any normative act in its action is limited in time. The length of time is different. This length depends on the purpose and objectives, and to achieve solutions that this or that act is adopted. Thus, the adoption of each subsequent (new) government program to fight corruption, as a rule, means: 1) previous program executed and entered a new phase of the struggle in the changed or updated historical, cultural, social, but economic, political and legal spheres of life and activity of the state; 2) The shortcomings of the previous program are analyzed, identified the causes of these problems and they are all taken into account when designing the new program; 3) there have been significant changes in domestic or international, existing regulations leading to a mismatch the real needs of society. Thus, the state anti-corruption program can be effective in making changes and amendments to existing legislation or the replacement of the current legislation to the new regulation. жүктеу/скачать 2,07 Mb.
