become one of the key regions of global politics. It is clear why. First, because of its natural resources. Together
with the countries of the Persian Gulf, it forms the so-called energy ellipse, which contains about 70% of the
world's oil reserves and 40% of natural gas [7]. For the Caspian countries, this is, of course, a geostrategic
advantage and one of the most important areas of cooperation.
