| Conclusion
In general, there are enough reasons for a tense situation in this region, up to terrorist acts by the Taliban movement, which came to power in the neighboring region of Afghanistan, and other radical groups capable of blowing up anything oil flowing or gas-transmitting. The world saw a similar attempt at an attack by "unknown" forces during a drone attack on oil storage facilities in Saudi Arabia several years ago. The Caspian region has always been a point of intersection of the geopolitical and economic interests of many leading states, political and business circles, various ethnic groups and confessions. It is clear why. First, because of its natural resources. Together with the countries of the Persian Gulf, it forms the so-called energy ellipse, which contains about 70% of the world's oil reserves and 40% of natural gas [7]. For the Caspian countries, this is, of course, a geostrategic advantage and one of the most important areas of cooperation.
