Conclusions. The study conducted in the Temporary Detention Center for Juvenile
Offenders allows us to draw the following conclusions: 1) most of the offenses are

committed by teenagers from single-parent families, those who lived in orphanages
have violated the law significantly less in recent years; 2) in the structure of offenses
committed by teenagers from 2012 to 2017, regardless of the environment of
residence, property crimes occupy the first place; then there are crimes against the
person, administrative offenses are in third place.
The results of the study of the social characteristics of juvenile offenders indicate the
need to strengthen preventive work with adolescents at risk, the search for its new
technologies.
The manual prepared by A.G. Bolelova for specialists of the system of prevention of
neglect and juvenile delinquency, "Modern methods and technologies for the
prevention of juvenile delinquency" presents materials on the diagnosis of deviant
behavior in the aspect of crime prevention; the general characteristics of methods
and technologies of such prevention are given; innovations are shown.
The technologies of early warning of juvenile delinquency include:
1. Technologies of interdepartmental interdisciplinary work with children, expectant
parents, pregnant women, families (with and without children) to prevent the
possibility of the formation of family problems (primary professional - the lactations
of family distress): technologies for strengthening the family and family well-being;
formation of responsible parenthood; healthy lifestyle; strengthening the
reproductive health of boys and girls; prevention of sexually transmitted infections;
prevention of early sexual activity; prevention of deviant behavior; formation of
values of family life; creation of legal aid services for children, adolescents, family.
2. Technologies for early detection of families with children in a difficult life situation
(secondary prevention of family problems or early intervention technology).

3. Technologies of interdepartmental interdisciplinary correctional and rehabilitation
work with a family with children in a difficult life situation for the prevention of social
orphanhood (tertiary prevention of family distress).
4. Technologies of interdepartmental interaction of social partners in solving
problems of family problems and social orphanhood.
5. Technologies for developing a unified unified documentation system for
registration, registration, development of prevention, rehabilitation and support
programs for socially disadvantaged families.
Technologies for direct crime prevention and recidivism prevention include:
1. Restoration technologies using the mediation procedure in restoration- research
institute of relations of conflicting parties, overcoming various forms of alienation,
establishing broken social ties. Situations in which rehabilitation programs are used
in educational organizations: conflicts between students; conflicts between teachers
and students; conflicts between teachers and parents; conflicts between
administration, students and parents. Situations in which recovery programs are used
in families in a socially dangerous situation: family conflicts; caregivers from the home
of minors; abuse in the family; determination of the child's place of residence (the
struggle for the child between significant adults); the return to the family of a minor
who was previously placed in a social rehabilitation center for minors or a closed
institution for children (colony, TSVSNP, SUVA PO).
2. Medical-psychological and psychotherapeutic technologies aimed at helping
minors to realize and overcome barriers (emotional, cognitive and behavioral) that
prevent them from understanding the need to change their own forms of behavior.
Assistance to adolescents in the development of healthy, adaptive behaviors
(psychotherapeutic group, psychoanalysis, etc.).

4. Biomedical technologies focused on the normalization of impaired physical, mental
development, biochemical and physiological functioning.
5. Rehabilitation technologies for the purpose of providing social, psychological and
pedagogical assistance to convicted minors serving non-custodial sentences and
minors being released from places of deprivation of liberty.
