Annotation. The main task of the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan in the new market conditions is the construction of modern livestock farms and technical re-equipment of livestock through the production of competitive products and the introduction of advanced technologies in this area.
Special attention should be paid to machinery and equipment for the mechanization of animal husbandry, because machines and mechanisms have a direct impact on the biological object and the environment, it should be noted that there are biological and physiological processes. For example, a robot milking machine: fully automates the milking process. The main innovation of the new equipment is the production of cow's milk in an automated process. The process goes as follows: the cow enters the milking chamber, then the robot collects the required amount of milk, the cow leaves the box; the process is repeated. This allows the animal to enter the chamber at any time and transfer the milk. It is practically proved that the disadvantages of mechanized technologies are caused by the incompatibility of technical means with the physiological characteristics of animals. In this regard, the most urgent issues are the optimization of machine systems, installations and equipment, the development and production of advanced energy-and resource-saving equipment.
