The main goal of methodological activity of teachers of the education system is the modernization
of technical and professional education through the introduction of innovative technologies. Formation of a
specialist who has mastered the system of professional education, as a person who can perform production
and management, marketing, research, and educational activities in the future, as well as continue training in
higher education institutions and join the ranks of the intellectual potential of the future. Therefore, the article
considers the goals and objectives of organizing scientific and methodological work in educational institutions,
the structure, content, and organization of scientific and methodological activities, improving the innovative
activity of teachers, forms, and principles of organizing scientific and methodological work. The purpose
of scientific and methodological work in the modernization of modern education is to manage educational
institutions and form the personality of teachers.
