| Object of research are house economy and socially-vulnerable groups of the population in region.
Subject of research. Mutual relation system between different economic subjects in population social protection in region. As theoretical and methodological basis of research works of domestic and foreign researchers concerning social protection, and the mechanism of its regulation, the theory institutionally economy have served, to the theory of economic policy of the state. Studying of works of scientists distant and the near abroad are a methodical and theoretical basis for the given problem. Under the theory of Malthus for population growth interferes shortages of the people of subjects necessary for ability to live in practice a situation all is differently, growth of household level of the population changes a demographic situation, i.e. births decreases and during too time is planned. Connected with an object in view and problems in research exists various methods: on preparation of the basic directions of perfection of management by social sphere there is a comparative method; for a capture for a basis a technique of an economic estimation of social sphere the statistical method is used. For the description of works instructive, methodical, statistical and information materials are used. During applied research receptions, as classification, divisions into groups, a technique economic – the statistical analysis, a technique of the analysis of structure and rate subject to tendency research were used. Information base of research the Constitution of Republic Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of Republic Kazakhstan, legislative and Republic Kazakhstan statutory acts on social and economic problems have made, documents and materials of the international organizations, analytical inquiries of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Republic Kazakhstan, statistical directories and year-books. Scientific novelty of positions defended in the dissertation consists in the following: was based methodical receptions of management by system of social protection of the population; is based directions it is state – social policy; in the conditions of market economy methodical recommendations are recommended according to social protection; theoretical bases of social protection of the population of region in the present period are investigated; leaning against experience of the foreign states, analyzing level of security of the population of Republic Kazakhstan and region, their basic rates were analyzed; tendencies of a state policy of the developed countries directed on social protection are revealed; the basic measures on perfection of a state policy directed on social protection of the population of investigated region are recommended; Development of social protection of the Karaganda region allows to reach key parameters of improvement of quality of a life of the population, creation of a social infrastructure, to development of the human capital and creates equal comprehensible conditions to all subjects of market economy. жүктеу/скачать 83 Kb.
