Educational meetings at "a round table".
When using this method it is possible to invite various specialists who are engaged in studying or working on the studied subject. It can be scientists, economists, artists, representatives of public organizations, state bodies, etc.
Before such meeting the teacher suggests children to push the problem interesting them on this subject and to formulate questions for their discussion. If children are at a loss, then the teacher can offer a number of problems and together with them to choose more interesting to them. The chosen matters are referred to the invited specialist of "a round table" for preparation for a performance and answers. At the same time on "krugla a table" can be invited several specialists researching this problem. That the meeting of "a round table" took place actively and is interested, it is necessary to adjust listeners on exchange of opinions and to support the atmosphere of free discussion.
For increase in activity of pupils it is also possible to offer for discussion two different points of view on one problem.
For an illustration of opinions, provisions and the facts use of audio-video fragments, documentary photographs, materials from newspapers and magazines, the scheme, a graphics, the chart is possible.
The teacher needs to watch that discussion didn't leave from the discussed problem aside.
With invited to "a round table" it is necessary to carry out careful preparatory work that they came not with reports, and with the opinion on the touched issue.
In all these forms students receive real practice of a formulation of the point of view, judgment of system of the argumentation, i.e. transformation of information into knowledge, and knowledge in beliefs and views.
The collective form of interaction and communication teaches pupils to formulate thoughts on a vernacular, to own oral speech, to listen, hear and understand others, correctly and with deep arguments to conduct a dispute. Joint operation requires not only individual responsibility and independence, but also self-organization of work of collective, insistence, the cross liability and discipline.
Thus, for increase in informative activity of pupils, the set of various developed methods which he can use in the teaching activities is offered to the teacher.
Features of active training methods consist in the solution of psychological problems in collective, high level of cogitative (intellectual), analytical activities of pupils. Besides practical activities promote stronger assimilation of knowledge. Increases interest in occupation that is integrated to positive emotions and there is an emotional and intellectual response to training. High level of motivation, self-government is observed. Communication happens on a business basis. Creative and communicative capabilities develop. Usually active training methods are applied in a complex with traditional methods.
