Regulation of the national issue in Kazakhstan: media risks and the role of the media
Abstract:
The article raises the question of the place and role of the media of the Republic of Kazakhstan
in their interaction with the institutions of power in ensuring the legitimate solution of the national issue in the
conditions of the existence of a democratic society. The confirmation of freedom of speech and human rights,
regardless of nationality and religious affiliation, within the framework of interethnic tolerance is the most
important democratic achievement of sovereign Kazakhstan. At the same time, the media should pay attention
to the risks that may arise when covering the national issue in the media space of the country.
