ABSTRACT The article discusses the main provisions of the clinical guidelines (treatment protocols) the intensive care of disseminated intravas-
cular coagulation syndrome (DIC, coagulopathy) in obstetrics. The main risk factors, possible complications. Particular attention
is paid to issues of infusion, transfusion therapy and correction of coagulopathic disorders. Discussed problems of laboratory and
clinical diagnosis of DIC, transfusion therapy and the use of blood coagulation factors are discussed.
