CONCLUSION

In the modern era of education development in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the expansion of economic and political borders around the world places high demands on graduates of schools and universities, which necessitates the training of highly qualified competitive specialists who possess the necessary competencies and are in demand on the domestic and international labor markets.


Currently, the qualification training of a foreign language teacher is determined by the need to ensure the required volume of internationalization of the world and the growing sphere of international cooperation, the preparation of a new generation of comprehensively trained personnel potential, the main tool of which will be
the "foreign language", which provides an opportunity for professional cooperation and international industry cooperation in their chosen fields of activity.
Profile-oriented models that define a foreign language as a means of studying blocks of single-profile disciplines (chemistry, biology, geography, etc.) are gaining great importance in modern education, and as a result, there is a need to introduce "profile training" for variable modern-demanded specializations with their basic professional operational and competence composition of specializations, in which students already need to have the proper level of knowledge at the school level. It follows that it is necessary to present the developed models of basic specialties with their composition of specializations to represent the potential of each specialty.
In order to train teachers with foreign-language educational training, which is especially necessary for the industry-based school level, a hypothesis was put forward in the dissertation, to confirm which the tasks were solved and the results of this study were achieved.
To solve research problems:
- the analysis of domestic and foreign works on the definition of didactic and psychological-pedagogical foundations in foreign-language natural science education in specialized schools was carried out, the need for the development of foreign-language natural science education in a specialized school was studied and the leading role of the competence approach as a methodological basis for the profile-oriented training of students of a specialized school was determined;
- the organizational basis of the cognitive aspect of foreign language content - the cognitive-content educational complex (CCOC) is determined and its structural, content and functional characteristics as an educational foreign language educational complex are disclosed. The natural science educational concept is substantiated as a value-semantic the educational unit of the content complex, integrating the subjects of the natural science cycle (chemistry, biology, physics, natural science) into a single whole for future professional foreign language communicative activity, and as a unit of organization of educational material and a unit of training, providing secondary reconceptualization of the knowledge block through the primary conceptualization of knowledge in the native language;
- the "foreign language educational natural science competence" (IOENC) was introduced for the first time and its essence, content and component composition were revealed. Foreign language educational natural science competence is a complex characteristic of a person, implying the ability and willingness of a student to use a foreign language in educational activities in a foreign language natural science subject area. The component composition of the foreign language educational natural science competence (IOENK) can be represented by the following subcompetencies: basic metacognitive, basic operational, basic functional, basic pragmacommunicative, levels and criteria for assessing the degree of formation of IOENK have been developed;
- a cognitive-conceptual functional-cyclic approach has been introduced as the basis for structuring a foreign-language natural science educational complex, including a cognitive-conceptual based approach, a functional-deterministic approach, a competence-based approach and a modular-cyclic structuring approach; methodological principles are defined: the principle of cognitive-conceptual basing, the principle of functional-operational illustrativeness, the principle of cognitive-interpretative projectability, the principle of scientific-applied adequacy, the principle of research and problem orientation; methods and technologies for the foreign-language natural science educational process are defined; foreign-language-didactic foundations for the formation of a foreign-language educational natural science complex;
- a model of the formation of a foreign-language natural science educational complex in a specialized school has been developed on the basis of the selected principles, approaches, technologies, foreign-language-didactic foundations for the formation of a foreign-language educational natural science complex. The developed model will act as a single foreign language competence complex for further profiling and mastering the disciplines of the natural science cycle;
- a foreign-language natural science educational complex for the integrative block "Biochemistry" is proposed, based on the material of which the consistent formation and development of competencies in the IOENC is illustrated on the basis of a cognitive-conceptual functional-cyclic approach and a methodological system for the development of communication, consisting of three levels: elementary-conceptual-presentative, speech-productive branch, analytical-interpretative;
- to determine the formation of a foreign language educational natural science competence and to determine the effectiveness of the developed model for the formation of a foreign language natural science educational complex, experimental training was conducted. At the ascertaining stage, diagnostics of the formation of a foreign-language educational natural science competence with its constituent competencies and a questionnaire were conducted to determine the need to study the disciplines of the natural science cycle in English in a specialized school;
- competence-based questions, group and individual projects, case studies, situational tasks of a problem orientation were developed and proposed to determine the formation of IOENK competencies;
- during the formative stage of experimental training, a model of formation and development of foreign-language educational natural science competence and foreign-language-didactic foundations of its implementation were tested, which contributed to the formation and development of the competencies of the IOENC. During the experimental training, the educational process was built on the basis of a foreign-language natural science educational complex using the proposed materials and teaching technologies;
- to determine the formation of a foreign-language educational natural science competence with its constituent competencies, control sections were conducted before and after experimental training in order to determine the effectiveness of the proposed methodology for using a foreign-language natural science educational complex in a foreign-language natural science educational process in a specialized school. During the experimental training, the effectiveness of the proposed model and its advantages were proved experimentally, since the results after the experimental training in all competencies had a growth rate;
- a comparative analysis of the diagnostic results before and after the experimental training demonstrated an increase in the indicators of the level of competence formation of the IOENC, which confirmed the hypothesis of this study using the developed model of the formation of a foreign-language natural science educational complex in a specialized school.
