Based on the analysis of scientific pedagogical data, the researchers use a simulation method in the process of
forming legal concepts of junior school pupils. This makes it relevant to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the
researchers’ model. The model of forming legal concepts of junior school pupils determines the basic structural
components and presents the connection between its components - subjective, value-oriented, organizational-activity
based (logistical), controlled and evaluative, and effective.
