Article is devoted to a problem definition of exceptional children with initial classes and the organization with
exceptional children of different forms of works. Definition with different sources is given to the concept
"endowments" and will be characterized types of endowments which decide on certain criteria. Among with
endowments such faithful concepts as "talent" and "genius" are considered. Rasskryta of a problem of exceptional
children actions of the teacher for the solution of these problems are also shown. It is cited as an example individual and
personal qualities of the teacher and given ways of development of their professional qualities. The directions of works
in the countries of Asia and Europe by definition and support of exceptional children are analyzed. And also the advice
to adults on development of exceptional children is given.
