This article deals with the methods and approaches of professional knowledge and skills development of future
specialists-historians on the basis of cultural wealth of national idea "Mangilik El". The main mission of matter
development carrying out the special analysis of competence of the specialist historian defined as formation of
personality historical consciousness. Besides, the maintenance of the subject of history philosophy including function
on formation of outlook and views, collection of information and forecasting is mentioned. Motives and methods of
assimilation by the identity of values of national idea "Mangilik El" are presented.
In a research paper uses scientific
methods of analysis, synthesis and prediction.
Authors recommend introducing the subject "History Philosophy" in the
professional module of students of historical specialties of higher education institutions.
