The purpose of the course 
At  the  turn  of  the  century  changed  the  place  and  weight 
culturogical  argument  in  the  modern  science  of  language  - 
especially in cognitive semantics. The analysis of language units 
in  the  context  of  culture  led  to  the  formulation  of  a  number  of 
new  challenges  for  linguistics.  The  aim  of  the  course  is  that 
students should be involved in this problem. 
Objectives  of  the  course.  Cultural  linguistics  as  an  independent 
branch  of  knowledge  to  solve  their  specific  problems  and  thus 
respond  primarily  to  a  number  of  issues  that  are  the  most 
common form of such problems can be formulated as: 
- How culture is involved in the formation of linguistic concepts;

The aim of the course. Language construct in both the theoretical 
and  practical terms  -  one  of  the  most  interesting  and  significant 
linguistic  functional  subsystems  in  the  overall  system  of 
language.  The  main  goal  of  our  subject  was  to  describe  the 
systems, structures and semantics design as an integral part of the 
grammatical structure of the Kazakh language. 
To achieve this goal, the following tasks were: 
-  Identify  and  describe  the  main  features  of  the  grammatical 
structure of the Kazakh language; 
-  Presentation  of  the  morphological  and  syntactic  structures  as 
agglutinative-designed structures consisting of blocks with fixed 
position of the component; 
- A description of the system, the structure and semantics of the 
design; 
- Identification and description of synonymous, variant relations 
in the structural design types. 
Because  the  discipline  is  directed  primarily  at  the  identification 
and description of the structure of language as an organic part of

The objectives of the course are: 
1)  to  give  an  adequate  description  of  the  language  and  system

2)  to  introduce  the  different  directions  and  interpretations  with 
respect to the same linguistic factors; 
3)  learn  to  assess  the  correctness  and  accuracy  of  the  existing 
theories on the grammar of the Kazakh language.

1. Description of the lexical-semantic features of verbs. 
2.  Study    valency  data  properties  of  verbs  in  particular,

1) The ratio of valence, word-formation structure and meaning of 
verbs, 
2) semantic actants and distributors laws to implement them in a 
sentence, 
3) characteristics of the valence in different types of sentences,

the  communicative  approach  to  learning  Kazakh  grammar  and 
functional  approach  to  learning  the  grammatical  phenomena  of 
the Kazakh language. 
To  achieve  the  goal  to  be  solved  in  the  course  of  the  following 
tasks: 
-  To  discover  the  essence  of  the  communicative  approach  to 
teaching grammar of the language; 
-  To  determine  the  current  requirements  for  training  of  Kazakh 
language; 
- To develop a set of exercises based on a functional approach; 
-  With  the  help  of  an  experienced  training  to  prove  the 
effectiveness  of  the  functional  approach  and  a  defined  set  of 
exercises  to  teaching  grammar  in  the  formation  of 
communicative competence.
