Abstract:
In recent years in South Yakutia is actively developing industrial
development
of the territory, in connection with which there are problems associated
with the rights of indigenous peoples on the land use for the purposes of traditional
nature use. Increasingly contentious issues arise in changing the borders in the field of
construction of industrial facilities under Federal and Republican projects. The territory
of traditional nature use and especially protected natural territories have different
modes of protection and is regulated by normative legal documents of different levels:
Federal and regional. In this regard, regulation
of issues related to land use, law
enforcement practice in the sphere of relations on use and protection of lands in the
place of residence and economic activities of the Evenks of Belletskiy nasleg of the
Aldan district in the Republic of Sakha(Yakutia) becomes relevant.
